Balancing AI, Energy, Water & Community Trust
Wednesday, February 17, 2027 | 1:00–5:30 PM
Charleston Gaillard Center | Charleston, SC
We're not bringing together people who agree. We're bringing together people who need to talk.
-
As artificial intelligence and data infrastructure rapidly expand across America, communities are facing important questions about energy, water, economic growth, environmental impacts, and public trust.
The American Data Center Forum brings together leaders from industry, government, utilities, conservation, technology, and local communities for a balanced, fact-based conversation about the opportunities and challenges of data center development.
This isn't about being pro- or anti-data center. It's about bringing the right people together to ask better questions and explore responsible solutions.
-
Join experts and decision-makers from across industries to explore the issues shaping America's digital future.
Key Discussion Topics:
Energy & Infrastructure: Power demands, grid reliability, and affordability.
Water & Environmental Resources: Water use, land development, and environmental impacts.
Economic Growth: Investment, job creation, and community benefits.
Community Planning & Trust: Local decision-making, transparency, and public engagement.
AI & Technology: Balancing digital infrastructure growth with long-term resilience.
